Kodak EasyShare 5300 Review at PrinterSpot
PrinterSpot have reviewed the Kodak 5300 printer, which promises to save customers up to 50% on everything they print.
“The Kodak EasyShare 5300 delivers on its biggest promise: to save you money on supplies like ink and paper. Kodak should be applauded for taking the lead on this, and it’s in everyone’s interest if the other manufacturers follow suit. However, the 5300 is marred by sluggish print speeds, a lackluster feature set, and bugs both in the printer and the accompanying software. The ES5300 makes good quality prints (on the right paper), but ultimately there are better options out there.”

I don't recommend the Kodak Easy Share 5300 Printer for several reasons. The paper stop only works for one sheet of paper and at that it is spit out of the printer where it can get bent. So if you are printing a document more than one page, you have to sit there and catch the pages as they come out. Ink makes tracks when you print an envelope. Colors don't come out the same as with other printers I've used. Colors are darker. I complained to Kodak and they sent me a new print head but that didn't change anything. If you don't care about the quality of your prints, this is probably okay but if you want to print professional looking documents, buy something else.
