Weird, but I just bought a Kyocera EZ4033 that seems to be identical to the Dimage E40! I wonder who designed this... Kyocera or Konica-Minolta?

I've also been searching for the cables for this camera too with no luck. I contacted cutomer services at Konica Minolta and another company that sells cables for different camera manufactures "Ex Pro"(on amazon.co.uk)"http://www.memoryforless.co.uk" and have been told the same thing. The cables, av and usb for the konica minolta dimage E 40 have been discontinued. The only parts you can get hold of are the; lithium battery and seperate battery charger. They can be easily found all over the web amazon.co.uk, ebay.co.uk (cheapest) and many other places.

A customer support helper at Minolta said to get an SD card reader to transfer pictures from the camera to the computer. I bought one from my local poundland that seems to do the trick.

AV Cable - impossible to find :(
The connection part looks exactly like that on the minolta f200/f300 but their CABLES ARE TOO SMALL and DON'T FIT the E40.
(here are some links to VIEW the images- DON'T BUY THESE PARTS FOR THE DIMAGE E40)

Like lester said their seems to be a few camera's out there that are splitting images to the minolta e40. I've been searching around for a while and i really think that the cables for the Norcent DC-420 should be the as those for the Dimage E40 but i can't be sure.

I contacted Norcent and they sell the av cable for approx. £7.50 but the problem is that Norcent isn't a well know company and only sells and ships camera's and parts to the US only.

So i guess for most of us we'll just have to do without the av cable, which is not too bad. I hope this helps someone : )
