Japanese optics manufacturer Kowa has unveiled three new 'Prominar' lenses for the Micro Four Thirds system. The Kowa Prominar 8.5mm f/2.8 MFT is a 17mm equivalent rectilinear lens with a surprisingly low amount of geometric distortion (0.12% barrelling). The Kowa Prominar 12mm f/1.8 MFT is a fast 24mm equivalent wide-angle lens, whilst the Kowa Prominar 25mm f/1.8 MFT is a 50mm equivalent "normal" prime. All three lenses have proper distance scales and aperture rings. Availability is slated for Summer 2014.

My guess is that the answer is "highly unlikely", but what are the chances that these lenses will have AF? And any ideas what the price range might be?

These are manual-focus lenses, so you guessed right - no AF. We do not have any info on pricing yet.
