The company is offering visitors to their stand in Hall 5 an exclusive ‘complimentary 48 Hour test drive’ at participating dealers nationwide, normally £80. In the booth, Leica experts are on hand to demonstrate visitors the latest from Leica and answer any questions.Today's programme includes a demonstration by Wayne Johns, a conversation with Richard Seymour, and an opportunity to try out the Leica S-Sytem in a studio setting, with a professional model. Leica to exhibit at The Photography Show Birmingham, 21-24 March
Leica Camera UK is delighted to announce its return to The Photography Show Birmingham, 21-24 March.
Leica Camera UK will be displaying its current range of products for visitors to get to grips with, including the legendary M-System range, the Leica M-P, the pinnacle of digital M evolution and the Leica M-A, the purely mechanical rangefinder. Along with professional compacts, Leica X (typ 113) and Leica D-Lux (typ 109) and the medium format Leica S-System will be showcased in a studio setting on the Leica stand, alongside professional imaging Sinar products. Leica experts will be on hand to demonstrate visitors the latest from Leica, and answer any questions.
To mark the return of Leica Camera at the Photography Show, a range of Leica photographers will be available to discuss how they have created outstanding works using their Leica cameras. Visitors are invited to meet and greet Tom Stoddart, Matt Stuart, Richard Seymour and Wayne Johns on the Leica stand following their talks on the main show stages.
The stand, situated in Hall 5 (C31), will feature a photographic studio. Attendees are invited to have their portraits taken with the legendary M-System and experience first hand the superior image quality of Leica’s signature M-Lenses on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd March. Portraits will be instantly printed for visitors to take away. On Monday 23rd March and Tuesday 24th March, visitors have the opportunity to experience the easy handling, extreme robustness and outstanding image quality of the S-System during a live shoot with model.
During the show, Leica’s Akademie photographer will be on hand to introduce visitors to the range of Leica Akademie courses, including new workshops in Iceland and throughout the UK, which give photographers an exciting opportunity to work to an assignment brief.
