Leica DIGITAL-MODUL-R Delayed
An open letter on Leica’s website announces that the German company have delayed the release of their long-awaited Digital-Modul-R. “A few last software problems” are blamed for the delay - “Although these do not impair the basic function of the module, they have to be remedied before it is fully ready for production.” The new release date for the 10 megapixel Digital-Modul-R digital back will now be announced at the end of May.
