LensCapTrap announces the new LensCapTrap Micro

Austin, TX, February 14, 2012 – LensCapTrap™, the leader in simple solutions to prevent lost lens caps announces the new LensCapTrap Micro™.  The LensCapTrap Micro brings the lens-cap-saving simplicity of the LensCapTrap to the smaller lens caps found on rangefinder, Micro Four-Thirds and other compact interchangeable lens cameras.

The new Micro continues the LensCapTrap’s simple, low-cost approach.  A die-cut hook and loop fastener on the lens cap hooks up with a custom cut carrier to hold the lens cap conveniently on the camera strap when it isn’t on the lens.

“LensCapTrap has been called ‘the obvious solution to lost lens caps’ and we agree with that!” said LensCapTrap developer Lorenzo Dunn. “It’s not rocket science – just a great product that eliminates one of the annoyances of photography.  Now we’ve got one sized just for smaller cameras.”

The first LensCapTrap was made in the 80’s but supplying the product to more than just friends, family and casual acquaintances had to wait for last year’s re-tooling for volume production.  The LensCapTrap is now available in Europe through EnjoyYourCamera ( http://www.enjoyyourcamera.com ) and in the rest of the world from LensCapTrap directly (http://www.lenscaptrap.com).  LensCapTrap is actively seeking additional retail partners.
