Supersized prints checked by trained technicians
Metroprints are produced in Clerkenwell at Metro’s headquarters, so all images are checked by professional technicians. Any Supersized (over 60” x 60”) prints will be checked by technicians to ensure the file formatting, borders and colour are absolutely correct before going to print. This gives photographers peace of mind, whilst saving them money and time. For more information on Supersize printing at METROPRINT see: http://bit.ly/ky1YGE
Technicians available through Metro
If customers prefer to work with a printer, they can upgrade to Metro Imaging’s full range of services, with technicians available to format their files, produce test prints and work in a traditional lab environment to their specifications. For more information on Metro Imaging’s current range of specialist printing services see Lambda C-Types and Premier Lambda C-Types for more details.
Laser, not LED, printing
Laser printing is still nearly 4x the resolution of LED printing and at METROPRINT customers will have nothing else. For more information on the difference between Laser and LED printing see: http://bit.ly/lD6nbR
The automated production workflow of METROPRINT is reflected in the cost of a print. Metroprints are significantly lower in price than those produced with technicians at Metro Imaging, making METROPRINT a significant player in the market of colour-managed online print sites.
