New Canon EOS 10D Firmware Released

A new version of firmware, 1.0.1, has been released for the Canon EOS 10D. I think it must win the award for the most unexciting update ever, as it only corrects 2 very minor things:

1. It increases the reliability of USB communication when used with the camera direct print.
2. It corrects wrong simplified Chinese letters on MENU.

You should create a list of the things people think it fixes. That list is much longer and growing by the hour!

I checked the DPReview forums late last night and people were rambling on about the placbo effect and silent introductions. I closed my web browser when someone claimed that the new firmware fixed all of their focusing problems, then, when asked to post before and after pictures, they mumbled something about not being able to.

So what other significant things is the firmware supposed to fix, besides the official list from Canon?
