Who you gonna call? Fujifilm’s new digital technology support number - 0870 084 1310

Fujifilm has introduced a brand new and improved telephone system and support number (0870 084 1310), which will act as a valuable resource for its customers.

The new system is an entirely network-based telephony service, which will provide significantly increased levels of flexibility in the day-to-day running of Fujifilm’s technical support centre.

Between the hours of nine to five, Monday to Friday, a team of dedicated support staff will be on hand to provide comprehensive information and technical advice on the full range of Fujifilm digital products.  This will include guidance on product specifications and comparisons, as well as user advice, such as connecting a camera to a PC, or how to take specific types of images.

Carrie Lees, Fujifilm’s Customer Service Manager, commented, “We pride ourselves on maintaining a consistently high level of customer service. With this in mind, we have installed a new telephone system to ensure all Fujifilm customers continue to enjoy their camera, regardless of their technical knowledge or photographic abilities.”
