Nikon Coolpix eXtreme

Mark Goldstein | Digital Compact Cameras | March 13, 2009 | 3 Comments |

Nikon Coolpix eXtremeThe Nikon Coolpix eXtreme is a new all-weather compact camera that’s…sadly only a design concept. Born from the imagination of designer Camillo Vanacore, we’re hoping that the radical styling of the eXtreme will have some influence on the next range of Nikon Coolpixs. The Yanko Design website has more pics and a quick YouTube video.

wow that !
the design is so slick
that contraption would easily slip off one's hand by nature of its soap-like architecture .

Have to agree - the design would make it too difficult to hold even though it looks cool. Maybe if the front had three crevices on either side for fingers to slip into?
