The fun, stylish and intuitive COOLPIX S4000
For those who want the latest technology and style, this smart 12 megapixel camera offers an intuitive 7.6 cm (3 inch) touch screen that’s slim enough to be taken anywhere. By simply touching the screen you can scroll through all your pictures, or use the Touch Shutter to take a picture - automatically setting the correct focus and exposure for the touched item. You can also record a movie in the high-definition (HD) movie function. The wide angle 4x zoom NIKKOR lens offers consistently sharp results and the four advanced blur-reduction functions minimise the effects of subject movement, low light and camera shake. And if the pictures need a quick touch up, they can easily be edited in-camera, using the stylus included, with handwritten memo and paint functions.
Highlights of the COOLPIX S4000 include:
· 12.0 Megapixels and a 4x Optical Zoom-NIKKOR Glass Lens (27mm wide-angle to 108mm telephoto) for incredibly sharp, clear images throughout the zoom range
· Touch Panel operation on huge, bright 3.0-inch high-resolution LCD
· HD Movies (720p) with sound
· Available in March 2010 for $199.95 in Champagne Silver, Black, Red, Pink or Plum in the USA.
The COOLPIX S4000 is available in the following colour options: Black, Pink, Gloss Red in the UK.

This is the fanciest and most advanced camera I have ever owned. I have only had Kodaks, Minolta 35m, and a Canon 35m refurbished camera. This is my first digital and it's really snazzy and it feels of superb quality. I like simplicity in my gadgets and cars, and I hope this is not too fancy, but I can already tell it is a winner. The only fault, is that it is easy to drop. You really have to put the strap on your arm and be careful. So far I just love it.
