Olympus E-400 Review at ePhotoZine

Olympus E-400ePhotoZine have just reviewed the Olympus E-400, the world’s smallest and lightest DSLR camera.

“For such a light camera (375g body), the E-400 feels reassuringly solid, though the very smallness does mean that there is little in the way of a hand grip on the right side. Somewhat annoyingly, the hook for the neckstrap is mounted right on the corner where you hand wraps round. The control buttons are all small but easy to use and the on/off switch and control dial both feel solid. The dual card formats of xD and CF are easy enough to insert and retract from their side mounted compartment while the menu system itself is thankfully – given some of Olympus’’ previous versions – straightforward and easy to navigate.”
