Op/tech Press Information

NEW Op/tech Utility Strap - Sling Version - £29.99

Offering easy access to camera or binoculars when being worn across the shoulder.

The new UTILITY STRAP SLING offers rapid access to your camera or binoculars while maintaining the security of a strap worn across the shoulder.

Using OP/TECH USA’s exclusive Uni-Loop connectors, your gear hangs securely at your side and will glide up and down the sling without interfering with a camera’s tripod connection.

The quick disconnects allow you to change from a sling configuration to a more conventional neck/shoulder strap using any of OP/TECH USA’s SYSTEM CONNECTORS (sold separately).

Utility Strap Sling Version is available in BLACK and CAMOUFLAGE colours:

So, they ripped off R Strap. What took them so long? I love my R Strap but it's their own fault for keeping the price so high.

I use a Sun Sniper strap (http://www.sun-sniper.de/?id=sun_sniper_strap0&L=1). The one I use has a steel cable running through it which should prevent a slash-and-steal attack.

I am considering buying a second one they are that good.

Mike, Paul,

I see what you are saying, but I think the important change that Op/tech has made is that in this strap you do not tie up your tripod mount. For a photographer like myself, who uses a tripod 60%+ of the time, being able to quickly attach my camera/lens to a tripod is a big deal.

This strap is going on my wishlist.
