Ok...I bought the 45-175mm. It had O.I.S. issues especially when I had the lens at 175mm and was shooting in the 1/100-1/300 sec range set on Mode 1 with stationary subject matter. I feel that lens should have performed well in that area...but I was getting a "stutter" blur a lot of the time in the above shutter speed zones.
WELL...I got the firmware update...loaded it in the lens and I am getting much better results.

We never want things like this to happen...but they did..and I think that Panasonic responded quickly and professionally. They did not give lip service they delivered a very good fix for my lens.
Now...there was no I.S.O update for the 14-42mm. ...and I read that that lens is having a similar problem with the stutter effect.
So, perhaps that lens need and O.I.S. update as well.
