Mark.... I agree with you buddy, this is a totally not needed, a pointless idea, like 'heyyy, do you want to make calls from your headphones' it isn't needed, we all have mobile phones so what is the point of a camera that can call people!! retarded.. Just for the sake of it, like you said.

mark and co... so what if *you* dont want or need the new technology things. *You* are not the only customer and *you* are definitely not the one to decide what *they* put into technology.

Get your head out of *your* bum and realise that no one really cares what *you* do or do not want... And *you* are absolutely not one to say that no one wants the tech just because *you* do not.

As i see it there are seemingly pointless technologies but then what one person hates another person is proabably thankful for, and its all the tech path so get over it...

mark - I want a decent camera on a phone so I don't have to carry or buy a camera and a phone, and carry 2 devices with me all the time. I would absolutely go for this device. But I get your point, technologies can go overboard with features. In this case, I absolutely would get this.

I also agree with Mark. I recently bought a very good point&shoot; which came with movie function. It burns me up to have paid for it and I will never use it. Panasonic makes good cameras. Leave it there.

Gosh, what a great idea.

It's really inconvenient lugging multiple devices around.

I'd love to have a decent camera with me all the time - the camera you have with you is the one you'll use. I'd like it to be a little better than a low-end P&S.. flexibility, RAW etc

The Nokia N8 is about the best compromise at this point.


I've lost several opportunities to get a decent pic emailed off; the gap in getting the pics off the cam and onto a pc is just so inconvenient, too many steps.
