Photo Gallery+ 1.0 delivers long-missed features for iPhone and iPod

Berlin based development studio, Ayogo GmbH today introduces Photo Gallery+ 1.0, their new photo management tool for iOS devices. Photo Gallery+ contains unique features which the preinstalled iOS “Photos” app lacks. Users can easily create albums, manage photos and videos as well as share them with friends through Twitter and Facebook, all directly on their iOS device. The user can create, rename and delete folders directly on the device, as well as filter them thematically and much more.

Berlin, Germany - Ayogo GmbH, a young independent development studio for mobile and web based games and platforms, today is pleased to announce the release of Photo Gallery+ for iOS(R). This app allows the user to administrate photos and videos directly on the iPhone(R) or iPod(R) Touch. It adds important features which the preinstalled iOS “Photos” app lacks.

The user can create, rename and delete folders directly on the device. This makes it much easier to present images and videos on your device, since it is possible to arrange pictures thematically - for example by holidays, family, job, hobby, etc. In iOS you normally need iTunes and synchronisation with a PC or Mac to do this. Now it can be done directly on the device.

The app also makes it easier to send pictures via social networks. In a few steps you can share content through Twitter(R) (Twitpic(R)), Facebook(R) or Email with friends - in best quality without having to go through several apps to do that. It’s all in one place. A variety of other features is also included: Displaying photo properties like location where a photo has been shot, date and resolution, new slideshow effects, hiding of unloved images in a “trash bin” and other functions.

The app accesses directly the pictures of the regular “Photos” app and administrates them through the user interface of the app.
An approach of this type is new to the App-Store. Other photo management apps make a copy of the original using a lot of disk space. “Photo Gallery+” offers a memory efficient alternative. Photo Gallery+ is dedicated to all users who want to organize photos and videos comfortably on their iPhone or iPod in full quality.

Version 1.0 features:
* Creating / sorting/ renaming folders
* Copying /moving /hiding photos and videos
* Sharing photos through Facebook, Twitter or Email
* Printing images
* Starting a slideshow with selected pictures or all pictures in a folder
* Filtering images and videos for special locations or dates

Device Requirements:
* iPhone or iPod touch
* iOS 4.0 or higher
* 4.8 MB

Pricing and Availability:
Photo Gallery+ is only $1,99 (or equivalent amount in other currencies) and available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Photography category.
