Boulder, CO—July 20, 2005—Today PhotoVu™ announced the availability of their new PV1945 19” picture frame at $999, expanding the PhotoVu product line to a portfolio of three full featured, wall-mounted models.

Along with the new PV1945 model and lower cost PV1750, PhotoVu also announces upgraded built-in support for the latest versions of Adobe® Photoshop® Elements 3.0 and Apple® iPhoto™ 5 photo management software, as well as new VESA® mounting compatibility. As with all of PhotoVu’s products, they include a custom frame and mat made to order to match almost any décor.

The price will come down as this catches on. Its perfect for a business, or for home. Prices for a new product are always expensive. I remember that the first handheld calculator I ever saw cost $1000! Now they are selling for a mere couple of dollars - or less. I am going to watch this product closely. I like the concept very much.

I found a website that sells up to 10" Digital photo frame its called wedodigital. Seems as though they are better quality that some of the 15" ones. I could just use a laptop if i wanted a 15" picture frame... Too big if you ask me
