A new, free Web-based service called Picfull is offering users an opportunity to apply high-quality photo filters to their images and monitor the changes in real time. Currently, there are eighteen filters to choose from, including Vintage, Pen Outline, Sepia, Old Photo, Pencil Strokes and more. Most of the effects can be fine-tuned using a set of sliders. You can apply one or several filters to your photo, and save the resulting image on your hard disk.
