WOXOM Press Release

Introducing the PocketShot: a portable, universal smartphone mount!

WOXOM has released the PocketShot, a universal smartphone mount, on Crowd Supply. Extremely portable and flexible, the PocketShot will mount any smartphone to any stabilizing device and can include an optional handle that opens into a table-top tripod.

"We got a lot of feedback on the SlingShot, our first successful Kickstarter campaign," said inventor Charles Waugh of Portland, Oregon. "I used that feedback to make a truly portable universal cradle for smartphones that happily holds devices as big as 'phablets' as well as smaller portable media players like iPods. The PocketShot will not disappoint."

The PocketShot improves upon all the SlingShot's features: the cradle easily folds to fit in a pocket or purse, in addition, the handle has significant upgrades as well:

Increased weight to provide more stability shooting hand-held video and photography..

Wider legs for the table-top tripod for increased stability.

A drastically improved lead-in pin on the handle that greatly improves mounting and prevents the cradle from flying off as it’s dismounted.

The cradle combines elegant design and amazing versatility.

This is the all-in-one solution for Smartphonographers at a tremendously affordable cost during the pre-release crowdfunding launch.

Keep up the good work. For a lot of people, those compelling aspects of a dedicated digital camera still aren't enough to overcome the hassle of carrying around extra bulk or learning a new operating system. I love smartphone. Thank you for sharing.
