Your copy is defective. All photos have the same line pattern.
You cannot test such a defective camera, I can confirm that those lines aren't normal

I feel stupid. It was most probably a problem of Firefox. I can't see the same pattern with Safari, so I have to say that it was my mistake. Sorry. Really.

Outdoor pictures midday at ISO200. Some pictures out of focus.
What is the scope of this? I see no mistakes like this at Canon camera reviews.

The general comments about colour are fine, but I have found a real problem with purple colours eg for Bougainvillea flowers. The camera persists in providing a strong blue colour, unless in clear strong sunlight. Anyone else seeing similar peculiarities?
