wonder if samsung uses the .mov or .avi format for video..
panasonic uses the .mov, and is not very impressive.. choppy and jerky.
sony and canon are the leaders now, in smooth video flow.
and.. the .mov format is not made for pc, just mac really.

Dear Anders Fagerstrom

As far as I know, all recent cameras from samsung support H.264 encoding when they record video.

I wonder if it will have RAW capability, that would be quite something.

very cool looking, but for the quality, performance, price are another concern.

It has taken me weeks to choose the Olympus mju 1010 (Very compact, good zoom ,but no wide angle) over the Panasonic tz5 (Very good zoom, wide angle, but a bit to big)
I already use the Kodak Z612 and I am after the same/better but much smaller.
Now I spot this and it could be the answer to all my wants.
As with Dubb quality, performance, price are a concern.
And the real big ? When ?

Having tested this one, I don't really like the way it handles, it doesn't feel nice in your hands...
Otherwise, it's not too bad, Samsung can do better though!
