Bluetooth and 90m reach? Probably only in lab conditions with ideal setup. Most likely not even there ;-)
Why they didn't opt for wifi is one of those cases of brain fart of epic proportions.

They are confident that it will work with my camera? I would be confident if they had tested it, and give a table of cameras that it will work with!

Thanks for the comments everyone! FYI: BluetoothLE (used in the remote) has nothing to do with traditional Bluetooth aside from the logo. For remote control, it's a much improved technology. We've regularly seen 100 meter range in real world conditions, and the extremely low power consumption gives us months of battery life (unachievable with WiFi).
