Sony A100 Review at TrustedReviews
TrustedReviews have the first online review of the new 10.2 megapixel Sony A100 DSLR camera.
“In overall styling the Alpha α100 resembles, not surprisingly, the Konica Minolta 5D, however it is far from being merely a re-badged Minolta. In order to be taken seriously in the highly competitive DSLR field, Sony has had to come up with something unique and special, and in my opinion it has succeeded admirably. The α100 is crammed full of advanced technology designed to make taking good pictures easier, addressing most of the major problems that can ruin your pictures.”

I have a lot of glass from canon eos, but since canon obviously dont care about customers in the affordable market range anymore-i wonder where this people are living-, I guess this sony is the right stuff since a 10 mp is enough to fill 2 a4 pages with excellent quality and the other features are great stuff, not even the 3 to 4 times more expensive canons and nikons can match this.

Rebel XT + the 17-85 IS is the same price as the A100 body plus its kit lens. I don't see how you can say Canon is priced out of the budget consumer market.

Hi, I would really suggest to read what I write before you answer to it and check the camera parameter.

I have no problem reading what you wrote max. I know all about the Sony camera and its specification and estimated street-price.
Perhaps you are not expressing your thoughts clearly, but (as written) what you've said here is nonsense.

Maybe Max means that that he is frustrated by the fact that EOS lenses are not efficiently adaptable to other camera bodies, and therefore they cannot be adapted to this new Sony. Maybe a trade of your EOS glass for some awesome Minolta, or other lenses that can be adapted to this body would be an option.
