Why no clear picture of the bottom and the tripod collar? Can you put it on a tripod or attacht a (small) quick release plate (like from a Gorrillapod) and still open the battery/memory card door?

I have the II and traded up from the I! This looks like another significant improvement no doubt but I will wait until they include GPS whenever that happens! This is truly the best point and shoot I have ever owned! I look forward to a side by side photo comparison between II and III!

just examined the camera at an event in NYC. The LCD feels very fragile compared to the NEX builds
.
Plus there was a slightly sharp edge on one of the frame edges. Not to cut you, but not as finished as I would've hope.
