Press Release

With credits including 'Merlin', 'Silent Witness' and 'The Syndicate', actor Wayne Foskett now opens an exhibition of a collection of his pinhole photography at Gallery Maison Bertaux, Soho, London. Joining with Noel Fielding's 'Hooligan Art Dealer' Tania Wade.

“I’ve lived and worked in Greenwich since 1990. I find the proximity to the river, its ever changing light conditions, a constant source of inspiration.

I generally work with a pinhole camera. I love its serendipitous nature and its ability to capture a Spirit of Place. It can transform the banal into the Poetic.”

Pro: The pictures have a nice mysterious feel.
Con: Seems like this is an advert for Tania Wade, who runs the bakery downstairs and tends toward famous folk who also create art. (She is far from the first to do this. The "let's put on a show with some of my famous buds" part, not the bakery part. Of course others have done bakeries. ;-)
Maybe: These occasional stealth adverts tend to dent photographyblog's cred. But enough carping! And who IS Wayne Foskett? Has he a role in Downton Abbey?
Finally: Tania, best of luck! It does sound like a fun adventure! Wish I could attend!
