Tuesday was a sunnier, warmer day with blue skies and wispy clouds, perfect for another lunchtime stroll with the Canon G3. This time the swivelling LCD of the G3 proved essential, as it meant that I could point the camera up towards the sky and still accurately compose the photo. I don’t think I could have taken the first photo in this series with my Canon 10D or any camera with a fixed LCD screen.

Wow - that first photo is FANtastic! I like the rich greens you've been getting in these photos.

Oh wow Mark! Great photos! Watch out though, bad weather's on the way, it's already overcast here in Ireland, so I expect it's only a matter of time before it spreads. *sob* 3 weeks of no rain and beautiful weather almost over..

I look at the first one and hear "Happy Together" playing in the background. Be careful. That swiveling screen will become addictive. Beautiful captures thoughout the 3 series!

These are excellent photos mark - so simple but brilliantly effective. Especially like the first one here. You should do this for a living wink
Do you know of any good reviews of the G3?

Jools.
