“Digital Photography is no longer special. It now is photography.

This year’s convention of the Photographic Marketing Association in Las Vegas, the annual industry rollout of new products firmly established that digital has now crossed over to become the dominant factor. For all effects and purposes, film is dead. “

I have read rumors on different web sites that Canon plans a replacement for the 10 D sometime later this year. Does someone have reliable information in this regard?

Well, there's the Photokina tade show in Germany at the end of September - maybe Canon will announce something then? At the moment it seems that the current 10D is very difficult to get hold of due to their popularity.
