Travels with Valerie and Joe is a smart-looking, new weblog with some excellent photography and travel writing. The “Weekend in Belgium” article is of particular interest to me, as the authors seem to have visited the same places that I did in May! (and I’m always intrigued to see what people make of the same subjects).

Their excellent website makes me want to do a travelblog of the places I have visited, but I know I will never have the free time to do it.
It is always fascinating to me to looked at photos taken by others of places I have travel to. I always see something new in them or they put a smile on my face when I remember the great time I was there. I also will admit I usually find myself saying "Now why did I not take a photo at that angle when I was there."
