I use a smaller version that just covers the back of the hand and doesn't have the lockable wrist piece, they're very comfortable.

That looks absolutely ridiculous. Have people no sense of style? I would actually prefer to wear one of those waist coats that people had with all the pockets for the 'pro' photographer.
