It doesn't say that anywhere in the write-up.
It says "RadLab: Totally Rad! Inc.’s most well-known digital photo editing program"
No mention of it being a plug-in.
I think I've got enough LR Plug-Ins anyway, with Topaz, NIK and OnOne.
