>>>I am not impressed with IQ.<<<
Me neither.
The images are OK and pretty smooth but nothing extraordinary. Just a bit better than other superzooms (Canon, Sony, Panny)
but much bulkier, heavier and more expensive
Fuji could do better esp. on that 2/3”

I’m not impressed. Soft, bland, and unexciting Images. Is it the camera or the photographer? Is Fuji using the same sensor and glass as the x10?

Images are over processed, they are to watercolorish, also to manny salt and peper is there. Canon SX40HS has far better IQ for half less money.

Camera does everything except take good quality photos, video clip too short to judge. Everything is overprocessed in camera. Raw files MIGHT be the saviour! Wait and see. Even at £599 no one would but this for it’s photo quality.

Not so bad, but I think Fuji is guilty of beeing too pretentious. Wide end is horrible, and the lens is not able to manage well the specs. Guilty of excess: weight, prize, zoom… I like a bit more the Panny FZ150. Excess of specifications here.
