Here are 70 sample JPEG photos and a 1080p movie with 72Mbps in ALL-I taken with the new Panasonic GH3 compact system camera, including the full ISO range of 125-25600.
The Panasonic GH3 is a weatherproof 16.05-megapixel mirrorless camera with advanced video capabilities, a 3-inch tilting OLED touch-screen, 1,744K OLED viewfinder and built-in wi-fi connectivity.
We used a pre-production version of the camera with the new 14-35mm and 35-100mm f/2.8 lenses for a couple of hours at London Zoo - at Panasonic's request the sample JPEG images have been resized to 5 megapixels.

When did you learn to make High-ISO-Tests under conditions where it makes senses?
Here you did it under bright ligt, 1/20s with a small aparture of f8 and ISO125?!
This is 1/100 with f3,5 using a kit-lense?!
Hey, why not going to the beach an shooting testpics with ISO6400 in bright sunlight? :))
If U wanna know how the engine and noise red. works you should take night shoots with f.ex. ISO3200, f3,5 and 1/15 oder may be an 1/30s.

Too many close-ups and no landscapes. Landscapes are the best way to judge a camera, in my opinion.

The sample photos look very good. They appear cleaner than the GH2 with more apparent DR. Panasonic and Olympus are releasing some very good cameras and lenses for the m43 platform.

I have to agree with Mark R. I already have pointed this point out before and I think it really is important to see the camera’s abilities in love light. Otherwise you would be ok with a sony compact :P

Why are these GH3 images not full-sized? Evaluating full-sized samples of new cameras was one of the main reasons for visiting this website.
