The Pentax MX-1 is a retro-styled advanced compact camera with a fast f/1.8 lens, 12 megapixel 1/1.7-inch type back-illuminated CMOS sensor, and a high-resolution tilting 3-inch LCD screen. The MX-1 is available now for £399 / $499.

Wow, I’m surprised, these pics look very good, I wasn’t expecting it. That bicycle hub shot at 2500 ISO looks much better than expected. Looking forward to the full review.

I think MX-1 is going to be my next camera.

I’ve seen many pictures taken by it and they look very good. I also like the retro style.
