I think this camera takes nice color pictures though when they get enlarged they do not seem to maintain their sharpness too well. I wonder how the HD video would look off of this camera.

ulgly camera, bad at dark conditions. But at good conditions it makes brilliant and vivid photos, better than average compact cameras. Even better than more expensive models of others manufacturers. The lens are quite good. At 8x, the accurate is perfect.
The HD video is quite good. The digital zoom is usable during recording of video (no optical). It general terms, one of the best options. It is ugly but it is the less important factor

Again this reviewer gave no mention about the HD video and this little guy got great reviews from others about the video quality even though it’s 720P!

I looked at some videos made on this camera on youtube. They looked quite good to me, clear,sharp and decent mono audio.
