Nikon AF-S Nikkor DX 10-24mm f/3.5-4.5G ED is the best I have. The photos are so sharp.

Thank you very much for the review. I am surprised you did not use the Tokina 11-16 mm and newer Sigma 10-20 mm lenses in comparison since those are the current alternatives from those companies to this exact lens (and cheaper, for those on a budget.

Excellent review.  After owning several third party ultra wide angle lenses over the years I have decided on the Nik 10 24. You have given it the top score out of many.  Maybe consideration could have been given to the Sigma 8-16.  For me and my work the exposed lens with no filter facility on the Sigma would be subject to the inevitable over time.

The runner up for me is the Tok 11-19 but the extra one millimetre equates to an extra 6 degrees of view. Job done and thank you.
