Thanks for this review, I don’t like Olympus cameras too much but this Olympus Mju 7040 seems very good. I’m thinking to buy it or a Samsung ST55: what do you suggest?

Olympus now offers, an integrated photo browsing and organising software. Images can be organised by person with a new face recognition technology, by place with a GPS-based mapping function or by event.

Thanks for the review. Was hesitating buying the camera even at a sub $100 price. Your review made me order one.
Can’t be worst than my 5 years old HP R717.

MJU7040 come with 14m and the highest resolution is 4288x3216. However the picture quality is only 72dpi, not very sharp as compare to my old digital camera MJU410 which has 314dpi.
