This is a selection of images taken with a pre-production
version of the new Panasonic
Lumix DMC-TZ1 on a recent press trip to Lisbon, Portugal.
The Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ1 is a compact, 5 megpaixel camera
with an amazing 10x optical zoom lens, the world’s first integrated
retractable lens system with folded optics technology. The
TZ1 also features the newly developed Venus Engine III (the
only new Panasonic camera to have this feature), which produces
faster response times and longer battery life. The thumbnails
below link to 800 pixel wide/high versions, all taken using
the best quality 5m mode, which have not been altered in any
way. Please note that as the TZ1 that I used was a pre-production
version, these images do not represent the quality of the
final production camera in any way.
