Press Release

Online photo-business gurus launch ‘Business Class’

Multi-award-winning photo duo Mark Cleghorn and Kenny Martin have launched ‘Business Class’ - a brand new webinar-style monthly learning programme aimed at helping portrait photographers trade more profitably and efficiently through the economic downturn.

Under the plan photographers, from start-up novices to Fellows, will be able to access the online classes on an ongoing or ad hoc basis for £29 per month (incl.VAT)

Mark Cleghorn, founder of PhotoTraining 4U (PT4U), international seminar speaker and author of a series of ‘How To’ photography books explained: “We know there are a large number of very talented creative photographers out there who just don’t know enough about running a business. And this ongoing ‘double dip’ recession has made things even harder.”

‘Business Class’ has been set up for photographers who really want to make a very profitable enterprise out of their art. Kenny and I will be sharing the knowledge we have amassed over the past 25 years and we will help delegates move their businesses to the next kevel – even in these tough times.”

He added: “For the cost of a 10x8 print photographers will have access to our monthly 3-4 hour webinar classes plus downloads, including a full recording of each webinar they attend. We will be covering all the vital elements of running a professional business including; planning; promotions; marketing collateral; products; pricing; web site analysis; social media marketing; email marketing; soft selling;  client acquisition; cash flow and of course an analysis of profit and loss.”

The online photography business gurus believe the new programme will provide ‘much needed’ solutions for photographers who don’t have the time or cannot afford to attend day-long seminars.

Said Kenny Martin: “Seminars can be expensive to attend and often delegates still only retain a small percentage of what they have been taught. We believe that photographers going online in their own surroundings will not be distracted. They will be able to absorb more knowledge – plus they can access a full recording of each Business Class after the webinar.”

Over two hundred photographers have already signed up for the November ‘Business Class’.

Added Cleghorn: “If delegates apply what they learn on these courses - and they can dip in and out as they wish – there is no reason they can’t double their current turnovers within a year.
We think this is the best, most cost-efficient way yet for cash-strapped photographers and those who just to improve their margins, to raise their commercial games.”
