Polaroid Brings Back Red Pic-300 Instant Camera in Time for the Holidays

Ridgefield Park, N.J. – November 5, 2013- Polaroid, the 75-year-old brand synonymous with instant imaging, sharing and fun, is bringing back the red Pic-300 Instant Analog Camera due to popular demand. Consumers love the ability to instantly print and share credit card size images, and the Polaroid Pic-300 will make the perfect gift for the holiday season.  The Pic-300 is available in blue, purple, black and now red allowing consumers to pick a color that best suits their style and personality.

“Instant photography has always been about creativity and self-expression, and Polaroid continues to be at the forefront of this trend by delivering cameras that are fun and easy to use,” said Scott W. Hardy, President and CEO of Polaroid.   “At Polaroid, we embrace the color spectrum as part of our heritage, and expanding the available color options for one of our classic instant cameras will allow consumers to better express their individual personalities and sense of style.”

Polaroid Pic-300 Features
The Polaroid Pic-300 includes auto flash in low light settings and four scene settings to help capture the perfect shot in any light. When the camera goes unused for 5 minutes while the power is turned on, all the lamps automatically turn off and the camera enters an energy saving state. The Pic-300 also comes equipped with a detachable wrist strap for convenient on-the-go photos.

The Polaroid Pic-300 camera is available at amazon.com, target.com and many other fine retailers and will have an MSRP of $69.99.

  2. It is nice to see it come back and at a lower price. Fun little camera but very limited in comparison to the Mini 90.

  3. Interesting. I always liked Polaroid but they have some steep competition now.
