VSO Software has released version 3.0.0.140 of VSO Resizer, a program targeted primarily at digital photo frame owners. New features include a smart digital frame transfer assistant, new filters, new algorithms and a new resize method called seam carving. This embedded seam carving technology is a smart “content aware” resizing method to keep the full content of an existing picture without distorting the image. The program runs on Windows 7, Vista and XP. VSO Image Resizer is currently available at $14.99.
