The HP C7280 All-in-One offers lab-quality photos, laser-quality documents, with copy, scan and fax functionality. Offering built-in wireless and Ethernet connectivity, the C7280 can print up to 34 pages per minute black and 33 ppm color. The HP C7280 has an estimated US street price of $299 and is available in September 2007.

The HP C6280 All-in-One delivers economical, efficient printing of lab-quality photos and laser-quality documents. Offering built-in Ethernet for networking, the C6280 uses a 6 color HP Vivera ink system. The HP C6280 costs $199 and will be available for purchase in September 2007 in North America.

CameraLabs have reviewed the Sony W200, the first 12 megapixel camera on the market, which offers a 3x optical zoom lens, metal body, 2.5-inch LCD screen and an eye-level viewfinder.

“When Sony announced the 12.1 Megapixel Cyber-shot W200, it was hard not have a pre-conceived impression of what it would offer in practice. It’s probably fair to say most of us expected an otherwise great compact, let down by the overly ambitious resolution of its sensor. In reality though, we found the opposite was often the case.”

The Sigma 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 DC OS HSM lens is now available for Nikon SLR cameras. After a slight delay due to the launch of the Nikon D40x, Sigma’s 18-200mm lens now features the HSM motor at no extra charge, plus Sigma’s own unique OS (Optical Stabiliser) function. The new Sigma 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 DC OS HSM lens is priced at £439.99.

The SanDisk Multi Card ExpressCard Adapter offers fast transfer speeds from memory cards to notebook computers. “We expect ExpressCard to completely replace the PC Card standard in the near future, so offering an ExpressCard adapter which integrates many popular card formats is a natural move for SanDisk.” said Matthijs Hutten, Senior Product Marketing Manager at SanDisk. The SanDisk Multi Card ExpressCard Adapter is expected to available in North America and Europe in September, with a price of $29.99 in the United States.

Casio are developing a digital camera that can capture an incredible 60 still images per second at full resolution, and 300 frames in movie mode! Unveiled as a prototype at the IFA trade show in Berlin, Germany, the 12x zoom Casio camera uses a new high speed 6 megapixel CMOS sensor and LSI image processing chip to achieve those amazing speeds. Other features offered by the high speed Casio include a sensor-shift image stabilization system, 2.8 inch widescreen TFT colour LCD, and electronic viewfinder. The precise product release date, pricing, brand name and specifications are still to be finalised.

Kodak have targeted the HDTV market by unveiling three new high definition Easyshare cameras and a HDTV dock. The V1253, V1233 and Z812 IS cameras all support the 16:9 aspect ratio, whilst the HDTV Dock allows you to manage your digital pictures while relaxing on the living room sofa. The Kodak V1253 (€299), V1233 (€249), and Z812 IS cameras (€299) will be available from September 2007. The Kodak HDTV Dock will be available from October 2007 for €99.

The Kodak V1253 and Kodak V1233 zoom digital cameras allow consumers to capture HD still images (16:9 aspect ratio) and video (720p at 30fps), while offering a sleek design and simple-to-use controls.  Equipped with 12MP resolution, a 3X SCHNEIDER-KREUZNACH optical zoom lens and Kodak Perfect Touch technology, these cameras provide exceptional image quality for every shot. The Nikon P5100 is the new flagship camera in the COOLPIX range, offering 12.1 megapixels, 3.5x zoom (35-123mm) and the EXPEED digital image processor. Successor to the P5000 model, the Nikon P5100 has a distortion control that corrects for barrel distortion in images shot, and even displays the corrected image on the LCD in real time. The Nikon P5100 will cost £299.99/ €450 and be available in September.

The Nikon P50 is an 8.1 megapixel digital camera with a 3.6x, 28-102mm lens and 2.4 inch LCD monitor. Electronic Vibration Reduction image stabilisation and ISO 2000 mode help to combat camera shake, and the Nikon P50 features the new EXPEED digital image processing engine. The new Nikon P50 camera will be available in October for £199.99/ €300.

The Nikon S700 is a 12.1 megapixel camera with a 3x zoom lens and a metal body. There’s also a 2.7 inch LCD monitor, image sensor shift Vibration Reduction and ISO 3200 capability, plus the S700 features the EXPEED digital image processing engine. The Nikon S700 will be available in black and silver in October for £279.99.

The Nikon S510 is the world’s smallest digital camera with optical vibration reduction. Featuring Nikon’s innovative EXPEED digital image processing concept, the S510 has a 3x zoom lens (35-105mm), light sensitivity up to ISO 2000 and a stainless steel body. The Nikon S510 is priced at £199.99/ €300, available in September.

The Nikon S51C and Nikon S51 both feature a distinctive wave-surface design and 8.1 megapixel sensors. Both cameras have a 3x zoom lens (38-114mm) with optical lens shift VR (Vibration Reduction). The Nikon S51C additionally offers built-in Wi-Fi support. The Nikon S51C and Nikon S51 will cost £229.99 and £199.99 respectively and be available in September.

The new Nikon L14 camera offers 7.1 megapixels and a 3x zoom lens (38-114mm). As with all of the new COOLPIX models, the L14 features Nikon’s innovative EXPEED digital image processing concept. It can also take 1,000 shots with the supplied Energizer lithium battery, the world’s longest battery life for a 3x zoom camera. The Nikon L14 will be available in October for £129.99/ €160.

The Nikon L15 camera features an optical lens shift VR image stabilisation system. The 8 megapixel Nikon L15 has a 3x zoom lens (35-105mm) and a 2.8 inch LCD screen. The Nikon L15 will be available in Silver, Black and Pink in September, price to be announced.

The Leica 14-50mm f/3.8-5.6 is a new Four Thirds System standard zoom lens equivalent to 28-100mm. The LECIA D VARIO-ELMAR 14-50mm/F3.8-5.6 MEGA O.I.S lens is included with the new Panasonic DMC-L10 digital SLR as a complete kit. The new lens comes in a more compact and light-weight body than the faster 14-50mm/ F2.8-3.5 Leica lens. The The Leica 14-50mm f/3.8-5.6 lens will be available from October 2007.

The new Leica 14-150mm Four Thirds lens will be available in the market from around November 2007. First announced at the PMA show back in March, the LEICA D VARIO-ELMAR 14-150mm/ F3.5-5.6 ASPH./ MEGA O.I.S. lens is equivalent to 28-300mm in 35mm terms. The new lens is the first Leica D lens to incorporate Extra Silent (XS) technology, which assures quick, quiet, accurate auto focusing control.

A study by J.D. Power and Associates has revealed that Nikon owners are the most satisfied DSLR customers around. With a an index score of 822 out of 1000, the Nikon D Series leads the DSLR segment, receiving notably high ratings from customers. The Fujifilm Finepix F series ranks highest in the point and shoot segment, Canon PowerShot SD series in premium point and shoot cameras, and Casio Exilim Zoom in the ultra slim segment. The study also found that DSLR camera owners take more than twice the amount of pictures per month than do owners in any other segment.
