Carl Zeiss Touit 2.8/12 for Fujifilm and Sony

First showcased at Photokina 2012, the Carl ZeissTouit 2.8/12 is an 18mm equivalent ultra-wide angle lens for Sony NEX and Fujifilm X-series compact system cameras. Offering a 99°angle of view, the Carl Zeiss Touit 2.8/12 has an optical formula comprising 11 elements in 8 groups and a filter thread with a diameter of 67mm. Capable of focusing down to 18cm, the smallest area the Carl Zeiss Touit 2.8/12 can capture is 220x144mm. The main difference between the Sony and Fuji versions is that the latter features a traditional aperture ring. Availability and pricing details have yet to be communicated.
