MPA announces Yervant workshop dates

The Master Photographers Association (MPA) has announced two workshop events with renowned photographer, Yervant.

Yervant has long been recognised as one of the leading wedding and portrait photographers in the world with a string of prestigious awards and honours to his name, including Honorary Fellow MPA Grand Master Photographer AIPP and Australia’s number one Wedding Photographer 2007, 2008 & 2009. Yervant travels extensively throughout Australia, USA, UK, EU, East EU and Asia to inspire and educate at conventions, seminars and workshops.

The first three-day intensive tutorage workshop takes place in Dublin between 30 September and 2 October, followed by a London event which starts on 6 October and runs until 8 October. These are brand new three day programmes which are designed to show Yervant’s camera techniques, his lighting, his compositions, his ‘posed…but naturally’ methods and his famous ‘Signature’ finishing technique.

As Anie, Yervant’s assistant (and wife!) says, the workshops are about more than just learning: “We will have fun, befriend a whole new group of photographers that we will add to our growing family of friends. We’ll network and encourage each other to keep in touch and share. This is always such a wonderful consequence of each workshop. I recently heard that one of our previous participants from Hong Kong befriended an Italian participant, and they arranged to share a wonderful shoot in Italy together. Many keep in touch, compare notes, progress and become good friends.”

The cost for the Dublin event is 1,140 Euros while the London workshop costs £975. Both can be booked via http://yervantblog.com/?p=1458 or by emailing [email protected]
