Metro Imaging, the UK’s number one specialist printing lab has finally unveiled its new offspring: METROPRINT at www.metro-print.co.uk.

Metroprint is the only colour-managed online printing service offering colour AND genuine black and white photographic printing with sizes going up to ten by six feet. After many years of development, Metro have opened wide their doors to the world-wide web, making available to all the many services that were, until now, for a select group of top-named photographers.
 
Crafting a balance between technical know-how and fun, the site is designed to appeal to professionals, semiprofessionals, students and serious amateurs who would like to take advantage of the skill and expertise at Metro, but at affordable online prices. With easy-to-use step-by-step tutorials in colour-management, file set up and Photoshop, the site is designed to be enjoyable and interactive with users who are encouraged to share their ideas and tips throughout.

Supersized prints checked by trained technicians
Metroprints are produced in Clerkenwell at Metro’s headquarters, so all images are checked by professional technicians. Any Supersized (over 60” x 60”) prints will be checked by technicians to ensure the file formatting, borders and colour are absolutely correct before going to print.
