Inpaint 5.5 Enhances Photo Retouching with New Instruments

The new version of Inpaint 5.5, a super-simple photo retouching tool, introduces a number of tools to make removing unwanted objects from pictures, retouching scratches and pitches, hiding background objects and camera time stamps even easier.

Taking a good photo is easy; taking a perfect photo is an art. While most of people do not have skills of a professional photographer, with digital photography they still can get the most from every frame. Photo editors and retouching tools are common today, though not all of them are equally friendly to a user.

Inpaint by TeoreX, on the contrary, is extremely easy to use even for those who don´t have any picture editing or computer graphics knowledge. With few mouse gestures a user can remove a stranger from the frame, retouch unwanted objects like power lines or ugly buildings spoiling the composition, repair scratches and pitches on old photos.

Inpaint 5.5 extends its toolbox by adding few powerful tools to make retouching even easier. The improved mask option allows to quickly select unwanted objects on the image and save the mask for later use with other pictures in a row. Precise selection has also become easier. Holding Shift a user can draw straight lines with the marker tool, while the size of the marker itself can now be changed with handy keyboard shortcuts. Few more interface improvements will also save user´s efforts, and the X2 Inpaint algorithm boost and the support for 64-bit systems deposits to better performance of the program.

Overall, Inpaint aims to give novice and pro users a simple yet efficient tool to quickly fix photographing errors and turn just good photos to nearly perfect ones.
