Under Main Rivals you naturally list the Fujifilm 18-55mm F2.8-4, the only alternative, but surely you have missed the opportunity for some comparison between the two lenses?

I’ve tried also the 18-55, I think they are not to compare, just very different lenses. Like comparing apples and birns. I like the 16-50mm, love the 16mm wide-angle side! For the price, it’s really, really OK.

I just got one used but pristine shape. IQ is high as expected from the examples found on Flickr. Surprising was the build quality. Plastic construction but solid feel and tight tolerances. Very happy with it.
