Is it just me or do all these new Nikon lenses look great when locked closed but get ruined once open?

got my hands on the v/j series camera’s for the first time today. Not impressed. cheap cheap cheap feeling lenses and no manual control for focus. this isn’t a game changer like MFT here, especially at nearly $700 for the kit lens.

@Maaku-
If you insist. All i know is they felt cheap to me. Today was the first chance to actually get my hands on them. All im saying is that for $650 w/kit lens i expected more.
