Good review/guide of a very decent product from Samsung. A great companion for the social photographer ! Samsung imaging has certainly come a long way.
We are actually interested in the extraordinary “rare” 18x zoom Samsung WB700 ( sold from April 2011 in selected markets but no review yet unbelievably ) & hope that you will review this hard to find item soon, tq

Nice camera. Guess Image quality will be quite impressive. I’m going to buy one.

well….
I spent 90 euros on this camera, and after reading many negative reviews I can tell, this little thing is beyond my expectations.
My personal plus:
+ size , really small for my huge palms.
+ microSD, finaly ! I can easily transfer the photos via my cell hpone and send them online without using any computer.
+ menu .. easy to operate
+ compact charger with USB cabel, versatile for using with PC
+ big plus for zooming while recording movies, and you won’t hear any noise out of the lens.
+ quality of photos i would give 4 out of 5
+ SD card class 6 is enough to get smooth recording of HD movies
+ LCD screen is really crisp.
Minus
- Image stabilization, when you shoot movies. It can be eliminated if you film the movies in wide screen. Optical stabilization would really give a help.
All I can tell, play with this little camera and find its grips and cons and you will be able to make wonderfull photos. Why I bought this camera ? I wanted something handy for shooting short HD movies

Great little camera for travelling. I bought it for $25.00 on final clearance sale at Sears - regularly priced at $120.00 !
