Bulldog Backup to Continue Offering Unlimited Online Backup Plans

While most competitors are discontinuing their unlimited data plans, Bulldog Backup have announced that they will continue to offer unlimited online backup for the foreseeable future.

Mozy’s abrupt removal of its unlimited online backup plan has caused waves online, leaving many users facing triple-figure bills when their contracts renew next year.

Many have suggested that the unlimited online storage model was unsustainable given the massive increase in user’s storage requirements. A recent study showed that the amount of storage space required by the average user had nearly doubled from 122GB to 238GB with images making up 40% of that total.
