April Donnelly from Coventry has been chosen as the the third winner of the Jessops Share your summer competition, winning the opportunity to exhibit her work across 52 Jessops store windows. On top of a week-long window display, April will also be invited to show off her work in the Olympus-sponsored Project Space Gallery in Bermondsey, London from 8th – 14th August. The exhibition will be open to the public and anyone can visit to see the images that were taken during the campaign.

Amateur photographer from Coventry wins competition to exhibit work in 52 Jessops stores

April Donnelly from Coventry was chosen as the third winner of the Jessops Share your summer competition; winning her very own exhibition across 52 store windows in July! Share your summer is a campaign by camera and photography experts, Jessops, searching for seven of the very best summer snaps to showcase in the windows of its 52 nationwide stores. April Donnelly from Coventry was selected as the third winner and, after much deliberation, was plucked from thousands of submissions to display her work in Jessops stores up and down the country. April had her summer snap on display for all to view in Jessops Redditch – as well as 51 more stores – for a whole week in July. On top of a week-long window display, April will also be invited to proudly display her work in the Olympus-sponsored Project Space Gallery in Bermondsey, London from 8th – 14th August. The exhibition will be open to the public and anyone can visit to see the amazing images that were taken during the campaign.

How to enter

The brief is simple; take an image that sums up your summer. Then, upload it to Twitter, Instagram or Facebook tagging @jessops and using the hashtag #ShareYourSummer2016. The competition ends 3rd August 2016.
